Delivery Policy


 

We will take every step possible to accommodate timed requests. Typically, orders going to a business address will be delivered first, followed by residential deliveries. Funeral orders will be given highest priority. Orders being delivered to cemeteries may be subject to an additional fee as ordered by the cemetery.
 
Customers who request Priority or Rush service will be given priority service. Orders are guaranteed to be delivered within the promised time limit, beginning 9AM and ending at 5PM. Same-day orders must allow for up to 30 minutes processing time in addition to the guaranteed delivery window. Advance orders have no processing delay, and the delivery window begins at 9AM of the delivery date. Orders placed after 5PM will fall into the next day's delivery time period. During holiday periods and episodes of inclement weather the delivery timeframe may be extended.
 
If the recipient is not home, the parcel will be left with a neighbor, and the recipient notified. If a neighbor is not available, a call tag will be left at the recipient’s address with instructions to pick up the order at our shop at 724 Beulah Ave.  It is important that we are provided with an accurate delivery address. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a second delivery attempt, the customer will be billed for the second delivery.
 
Addresses beyond 7 miles will require additional delivery charges and the customer will be contacted prior to filling the order.
 
Priority Service
Same-day delivery within 3 hours if ordered before 3PM, or guaranteed delivery before 12PM on a future date.
  
Rush Service
Emergency rush same-day delivery within 2 hours, or delivery by 10AM on a future date.
 
Standard Delivery
Same-day delivery if ordered before 1PM, or delivery between 9AM - 5PM on a future date.
