All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace it or refund your money within 24 hours of original delivery. All we ask is your feedback so we can improve our service. If a refund is requested, we ask that the flowers be returned to our shop so that we can assess the nature of the problem. Fresh arrangements should last 7-14 days if properly cared for. Roses have a vase life upwards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered regularly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips, daffodils) may only last 3-5 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, and we guarantee it 100%! Not all flowers and plants are available in all areas at all times. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or plants with similar products, while maintaining the look, theme and color scheme of the ordered item. Planters and fruit / gourmet baskets are by nature unique items, and each one will be different. If an order has instructions of leaving the items in an outdoors location, we can not be responsible for those items once we have delivered them. Weather can have adverse affects on fresh flowers, plants, and fruit/gourmet baskets. Customers who request that we leave items outdoors are accepting responsibility for those items and no refunds will be granted once we have delivered them. Refunds will only be issued if items are returned to our store located at 724 Beulah Ave, Tylertown, MS 39667. Delivery fees are not refundable. If a customer request that we pick up the item, a pickup charge will apply and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
